Crocker Oaks offers spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments, located in Roseville, CA, complete with washer/dryer hook-ups, nine foot ceilings, walk-in closets, and extra storage space. Pacific Housing, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, was created in 1998 to promote and develop quality affordable housing and provide timely services to its residents. To date PHI has participated in the development of over 7,000 units of affordable rental housing throughout California, and reaches 10,000 residents annually with its service programs that enrich lives and brighten futures.

Crocker Oaks is located just down the street from the Roseville Sports Center. The Roseville Sports Center is both a fitness center and community center offering a cardio and weights room, group exercise and full size gym, childcare, fitness coaches and climbing wall.

Climbing Wall
The Roseville Sports Center has a 32-foot climbing wall that's fun for the whole family! Participants must weigh at least 45 pounds, and a maximum of 300 pounds, be at least 40" tall and 6 years of age or older to climb.

Adam V Baquera Park
Located off of Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard and Painted Desert. This 2.7-acre neighborhood park features a picnic area, one half court for basketball and play equipment.

Bear Dog Park
Located off of Pleasant Grove Boulevard within Mahany Park. This 2-acre dog park includes two separate areas to exercise dogs off-leash, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. Each area has an agility play area, walking trail and benches.

Blue Oaks Park
This 43-acre park includes extensive bike trails, open space and a small 2-acre neighborhood park located off of Horncastle Avenue. The neighborhood park includes a covered picnic area, children’s rock climbing area with separate swing area, a half court for basketball and a large open turf area.
