I hate leaving reviews, especially bad ones, but staff needs to be replaced. They donât answer calls or emails 99.9% of the time. This has been ongoing for months. For example, I recently called the office after going online to pay my rent and seeing that I âoweâ a balance of many, many times over what I was supposed to pay. Naturally they didnât answer, which I knew would be the case, so I left them a voicemail letting them know about this discrepancy and never received any kind of acknowledgment whatsoever. I literally just logged on the website again and the amount hadnât changed. Other reviews about maintenance is correct, in that Iâve mentioned several things that needed repairing a few weeks after moving in when I consistently kept noticing more and more damaged walls, carpet and dysfunctional appliances etc and they sent a temp maintenance guy up who mentioned something about him running the vacuum and I told him âNo. This apartment needs steam cleaning, painting and a dishwasher replacement.â He left and never returned and again, no word from the office.â Nothing has been resolved. I could go on (and on) but I just want to warn people that this apartment complex is not managed at all the way it should be. Staff forces you to go into the office any time there are questions or concerns and stare at you with a blank face and respond dismissively. Unless you are in a desperate situation and finding a place to live is urgent, please consider looking elsewhere.
