I lived there for nearly 3 years and enjoyed my entire time there. Management was wonderful and consistently available, they were always quick to handle any maintenance and residential issues. I donât have any complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend!

I called Crocker Oaks last week and spoke to Tira and Marigold l. I let them know I was looking to relocate for work and also looking for a 1 bd. Marigold told me about near by restaurant’s, Parks, and stores. I was really amazed by the garage option and walk- in showers. I recommend calling and speaking to the staff they are very pleasant , knowledgeable. I look forward to making Crocker Oaks my new home.

I put a application fee online and theu said if you do that you will get your money back because they dont take online applications. But I still havnt received my payment back its been 2months and still nothing

I've moved around a lot in the past couple of years, but this place is by far my favorite. The area is nice and there are schools close by. Denise is honestly the best manager. She is so sweet and understanding, especially during this pandemic when I have bothered her over and over, yet she is always patient and kind. Not only that, but when I put in work orders, they're completed in a timely manner. The property is always clean and beautiful. I absolutely love living here.
