This place is lucky that they even get one star. You are not allowed to have visitors on property over night or their vehicles will be towed. I got roaches after being there for a year. I first starting seeing them come through the ceiling vents. I was unsure myself what they were because I have never personally experienced them. But I had my brother come over as he worked for a pest control company. I asked the office several times to have someone come and get rid of them as I had three children. I was told to capture one so that the pest guy could see if it was indeed a roach. I was told that it was a field roach and they come in to get out of the heat and look for water and that they DO NOT produce. LIES. They had someone come in, but refused to take care of the situation because I had an animal in the apartment. I was told to put my animal outside or they won't spray. After speaking with my brother and several other people, there definitely are ways of ridding out house critters that are safe for animals and humans. My emails were left unanswered. I then asked to have the furnace cleaned as it was caked with inches of dirt and was restricting air flow into the apartment. They kept telling me that they had it cleaned, but again, I have pictures to prove that it was not cleaned at all. These people are horrible at being concerned for their tenants. They are rude as all can get. They watch your day to day moves, which for me didn't matter because I didn't do anything wrong. But just knowing that they spy on their tenants is concerning. Oh, I moved out, gave them a month notice and then received a collection notice (NOT A BILL) of what is owed. LOL....I have pictures on how this apartment was left. In great, clean condition. I never received a bill to my forwarding address. No email. No phone call. NOTHING. But somehow, I got a collection notice that made it to my new place of residence. This place is not clean and the staff is rude. I have already talked a couple of people out of staying at this place and I will continue to do so.
