I have lived here for around 5 years and lived in two units on site. Do not move here unless you live on the top floor. Iâve had several people live above me over the years and Iâve realized the buildings are built very poorly. Itâs very hard to come home for a long days work and hear the person who lives above me constantly walking above my head. At this point, I canât even take a nap in my living room because the person who lives above me their heavy walking. And these apartments, if someone walks heavy above my unit or constantly drops things, or kids playing above me, my pictures on my wall rattle and vibrate.
The wall I share in the master bedroom I can hear clearly, my neighbors conversation. Again built very poorly.
Iâve seen the Apartments go down. When I moved here five years ago, they were rules that people followed, and it made the Apartments look better. Now they donât make tenants follow the rules in the Apartments in my eyes it doesnât look as good as they used to.
I have seen managers the office come and go. Some are more helpful than others.
Fingers crossed that Iâm out of here in less than a year.
The one plus of living here is it right next to Safeway, which makes things very convenient.
