Wow, where do I start?! With Valerie Griggs, as the warm heart and personality that welcomes you onto the property it's not hard to quickly feel at home here. It’s been three years since I moved into this amazing beautiful community. I want to take a moment to recognize our Apartment Manager Valarie for her exceptional professionalism and understanding. She consistently goes above and beyond to support residents when required and truly cares about the community she manages. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and treats every tenant with kindness. I truly appreciate her dedication, empathy, and communication. She makes our community a better place to live, and I’m very grateful for her support.

The apartments are good but the manager Valerie is mean towards tenants and people are moving out because of her attitude. The owner should consider replacing her!

I’ve lived here since 2016 and have seen management come and go with lots of issues. We now have decent management on board and working diligently to handle various issues in a timely manner and try to resolve things and keep things moving nicely. We lost our longtime maintenance person here recently due to retirement and now getting maintenance person back on board and issues needed resolved in a timely manner. As a rule the environment is safe and relatively quiet. Things take time and the staff here really work hard to keep the flow going nicely. People need to be patient and take pride in where they live.

Lived here from 2009-2020 and the first couple years it was so amazing until they switched owners. The ones that bought it were so annoying. They never liked us and if any kids were playing outside they would be mad, as if they didn’t want children at a family apartment complex to have fun. If the owners are the same it is probably still a very mediocre living experience
