I can say with complete confidence that Valerie Griggs, the Property Manager at Crocker Oaks Apartments, is one of the most professional and kind managers I have encountered since moving to the USA in 2021. She is incredibly proactive and greets every resident with patience. No matter the issue, she works 100% to find a resolution. I would never have left this property if I didn't have other priorities that required me to move. I highly recommend Crocker Oaks to anyone looking for a peaceful environment and a high quality of life.

Very clean and taken care of apartments. Good location for easy access to Roseville amenities. Also the maintenance people are always respectful and are at your apartment in a timely manner

Itâs been three years since I moved into this amazing beautiful community. I want to take a moment to recognize our Apartment Manager Valarie for her exceptional professionalism and understanding. She consistently goes above and beyond to support residents when required and truly cares about the community she manages.
